The Chatterton/Coleridge Church

The Chatterton/Coleridge Church

Chatterton hung out here all the time in his short life in Bristol, reading and writing. It was across the road from his house. The Rowley manuscripts were ‘discovered’ in the bell-tower.

Coleridge married Sara Fricker here in 1795.
